  9. MTTs that award non-cash prizes such as seats to another MTT, or to an off-site event, award that prize to as many top finishers as possible, and any remaining prize pool less than that non-cash prize is paid as cash to the next finisher's cage account. For example, if the prize pool for a grand final, with a guaranteed package prize of $12,500 is $28,550, two non-cash prizes of $12,500 each are awarded to 1st and 2nd place.  The 3rd place wins $3,550.

  10. You must be of legal age in your place of residence and in the jurisdiction of the off-site tournament to win a seat and expenses.  No cash or other substitutions. In the event an ineligible person wins, management reserves the right to award the prize to another player by the mechanism of management's choosing. If the intended off-site tournament is, for any reason, cancelled or materially changed, management reserves the right to award a comparable prize or cash, at management's discretion.

  11. Any player who wins an entry to any subsequent tournament via a qualifying single or multi-table feeder tournament must take that seat. No cash payouts will be made, except where a player has already registered for the target tournament. In the event a player wins more than one seat for any given tournament, cash will be paid as the prize beyond the first seat won.  Seats are non-transferable, including seats in off-site tournaments.

  12. By entering these satellite tournaments series, each player agrees that if s/he wins a seat in an off-site tournament, s/he will represent the poker room by wearing branded apparel, including but not limited to shirts and hats, during table play. Further, winners agree to participate in scheduled photo opportunities, press conferences, interviews, and other publicity-oriented activities such as receptions, parties, etc., again while wearing branded apparel. This obligation extends for a period of 12 months from time of end of the off-site tournament. The poker room will be responsible for any costs associated in meeting these obligations.

  13. Should the off-site tournament be subsequently televised, qualifiers must agree to be filmed at the discretion of the organizers of the event.
