Terms and Conditions for Refer a Friend promotion

1. The “referring friend” is the person who is sending the email to the friend. The “referred friend” is the person receiving the email about scarletpoker.com
2. In order to qualify, the referring friend must be an existing Scarlet Poker Player with a real money account to which the $25 will be credited to once the referred friend successfully completes the promotion.
3. The referred friend must not have an existing Scarlet Poker account. People are permitted to have only one account.
4. Multiple accounts registered and/or accessed from a single GUID are not eligible to enter this promotion. For the avoidance of doubt this means this invitation must not be sent to members of the referring friend’s household or people who access Scarlet Poker using the same IP address and/or computer as the referring friend.
5. A referred friend is deemed to have successfully completed this promotion if they do the following:
   • Click on the poker software download link in the email they receive (this contains important tracking information)
   • Set up a real money account
   • Earn 2500 Action Points within three months of setting up the real money account. (This is the equivalent of $25 in raked hands)
6. Upon successful completion of the above the referring friend will have $25 credited to their account.
